ask your suppliers for pricing info in your area, they deal with all of your competition, so they'll know what everyone is charging these days, with copper at all time highs.

It depends on your location. Call some of the union contractors in your area and ask what they are charging for a service call on a residential panel relocation by the hour. That should give you a pretty good idea on what the traffic will bear.
