  1. Spf 15 is fine if it's for everyday use.  If you use a special lotion for your face after you wash it in the morning there should be spf 15 in it.

  2. 15-25 SPF is usually pretty good especially if it's a facial lotion. If you burn easily then you might want to consider 30 SPF depending how outdoorsy you are too.

  3. My mom heard somewhere that any sunscreens over 30 SPF don't actually help any more than a 30. So we always use 30 and reapply a lot. But I don't know where she heard that or if it's true. I'd say if you're about to be in the sun for a long time go with nothing under 30, but if you're talking SPF built into an every day moisturizer 15 or more is fine.

  4. 20 is fine if you reapply it every 2 hours or so. Id reccommend 30 though. But thats for a normal day about town.

Beach id say 50 reapplied every hour or after coming out of the water.

  5. definately no less than 30+ SPF this will only give u 3 hours protection so the higher the better there are even higher available now i use 30 on my face under my make-up AND over my moisturiser and 45+ on my body.

  6. My dermatologist told me that an SPF 30 is the least that I should shoot for. Anything lower than that does not protect very well.

  7. 20 SPF
