please help i need to know what is the government of samoa not america samoa.?

and what you think of the impact of the people?

Their Government is based on a Parliament..like the British.  They have a Prime Minister. They have a unicameral legislature. They have a constitution. They have a supreme Court, I believe.  However, their government is molded to feature key aspects of the Samoan way of life (Fa'a Samoa).

As far as your second question..do you mean how do the people impact the government or how does the working governement impact the people?
