What is the greatest danger you face running on trails?

1) dogs -and i am not like afraid of them or anything in general they could just be very dangorous if you don't know the dog or if they are loose or something

5) i wouldn't choose horses because i love horses so idk what #5 would be

3)rolling your ankle on a rock or etc

5)deer...they are taking over the town where I live...it's ridiculous

1) Making sure don't twist ankle or step wrong and bust it.  Very coordinated......but if you run on trails with lots of roots, rocks, and such esp. after a good rain you must be nimble!

2) Snakes ....really hate them!! I've have had some not in a

hurry to move.

3) Hunters ........don't want them to mistake me for a deer .....shouldn't wear brown ever ......lol

4) Dogs, not afraid of them ......but someone running sometimes they just don't get it.

1) Tree roots or anything else that sticks out of the ground...sometimes just the ground itself (FACEPLANT!!!)

2) Bees (or in most cases, horseflies...they tend to fly down my tank top and try to bite me)

3) Mountain Bikers (especially those who are on my cross country team and are recovering from an injury)

4) Horses (I'm told that if you approach too quietly, they'll kick their legs and try to hit you)

5) Poison Oak (When you REALLY can't "wait," it can be a hazard)

6) Dogs (Most people in my town keep their dogs on a leash when they go to the trails, so this isn't much of a problem.)
