  1. approx 64 degrees

For Toledo, Ohio, on June 22nd the Sun rises at 57.2 deg .and on December 22nd the Sun rises at 121.5 deg.

If you move further north to Ashtabula is goes up slightly (less than a degree) and if you move south to Cincinnati it goes down slightly (about 2 degrees)

  2. The stars appear to move at 15 deg. per hour . It is so constant that U can set your watch by it.
