Women have many admirable qualities. If you asked me generally what I thought were the greatest things about a woman, then cutting right to the chase I would say a woman's intuition, a woman's care for her own, a woman's precise and gentle touch co-opting next to her own brand of toughness -- these are the things that make women, even women who I understand well, enigmas.
I'm very close to the women in my family, and although I do realize that some of the traits I mentioned above may be more obvious in some women and more suppressed in other women, I do believe that with the territory of being female comes these traits, intrinsically.
I am just a number of weeks away from my 21st birthday and also from leaving my family for the first time to truly live on my own (at least as far as the university dorms will allow me to feel). I spend plenty of my open time thinking about the man I will become, about the new women I'll be letting into my life, and about the examples I'll be setting for my siblings and the younger generation (and eventually, gasp, a little one.)
PLEASE, women, throw in your thoughts -- what is the best thing about a man, about masculinity, about the nature of good men???
All I need are short and succinct answers from you, and maybe if you can offer an explanation as to why you chose those qualities as being the best a man can offer.
And please, don't you even hold back. I need to hear about these qualities from women's points of views.
Thank You!
