A green card is a permit allowing someone to work in the US if they aren't a citizen.

No one is going to pay your way or give you money if you don't succeed.... maybe, just maybe someone in your own country will give you a scholorship but only if you make top notch grades.

The green card is really not a "green card" any more. It is the permit needed by non citizen to come to the US.

My granny always told me "Nothing in life is free." and that includes entry into the US.  As far as getting your money back if your application is rejected, sorry it does NOT come with a money back guarantee.
