  1. A green card is a permit allowing someone to work in the US if they aren't a citizen.

No one is going to pay your way or give you money if you don't succeed.... maybe, just maybe someone in your own country will give you a scholorship but only if you make top notch grades.

  2. The green card, a.k.a. permanent resident card, a.k.a. form I-551, is proof that you are allowed to live and work in the USA. It's the size of a credit card. It looks like this: http://www.willieliao.com/uploaded_image...

Fees paid to the US government related to the various forms you might file to apply for something are never refundable. You pay a fee for the government to process your application, not to get an approval. Whether you are approved or denied, someone still had to work on your file and make a decision -- that's what you're paying for.

If you want to finish your studies in the US, then you should speak to an advisor at the college or university you are currently enrolled in.

If you are not enrolled in a US college or university, then you need to apply with one or more. If and when you are accepted, the college you pick will help you obtain a student visa.

  3. nothing in this world is free,if you want a green card you must pay the fee's

  4. The green card is really not a "green card" any more. It is the permit needed by non citizen to come to the US.

My granny always told me "Nothing in life is free." and that includes entry into the US.  As far as getting your money back if your application is rejected, sorry it does NOT come with a money back guarantee.
