  1. It is a Mobilisation Exercise of the Singapore Armed Forces. Basically when the soldier appears, all Reservists will have to be on the alert and see if their group is being called. If they see their group name on tv or hear it on the radio, then they will have to put on thier army uniforms and report immediately. It's to test the readiness of the soldiers in case of any emergencies.
