What is the greenest city in the world?

Lake Tahoe is pretty green for the US. I would guess in the world it would have to be one of the cities in Norway. Norway has made huge strides in become self sustainable.

Reykjavik, Iceland is #1. Portland, Oregon is #2.

Sacramento, CA is the City of Trees.  It has the most trees in California i believe... Its pretty green. No links though sorry.
