  1. Slopes only rise to 155 according to USGA.  I found a course in Maine that is rated 151.  It is called Sugarloaf.  You can find it http://www.newenglandgolf.com/course-rev...


  2. Shattuck Country Club in Jaffrey, NH.  It's extremely hilly and tough pin placements.  At the base of Mt. Monadnock State Park it's also in a dense forest.  I believe the slope is somewhere in the high 150s.
