  1. Depends. For a top girl, being thrown in the air without ever kicking when you get scared. (If shes kicking, the people who are trying to catch her are either going to back off, or get kneed in the face)

For a bottom (the support), always being in sync with the other person holding up the top. You have to throw at the same height, and at the same strength. Or else the top girl isnt going to be able to do her stunts properally.

In general, always smiling, being loud and clear while your working your butt off.

And for competitions, if you have big b***s, you have to tape them down over top your sports bra. If theres not enough restriction, it doesnt look good when your chest is bouncing around on stage.

And lastly, Split Jumps! Try practicing on a trampoline, but my porblem is that I cant jump high enough to give my legs enough time to do the splits and then come down.

  2. it is different for different people

some people are naturals at jumping while others need to practice a lot more to get thier jumps perfect

tumbling can definatley be difficult and it takes a long time to learn if you have no experience

some girls find it difficult to remember cheers and dances and some girls dont know how to stay tight and really hit their motions

stunting can be really dificult too if there is someone in the stunt group who doest know what they are doing

overall cheerleading is a reall tough sport that requires extrem commitment but it is also very rewarding

    hope i helped <3

  3. Not getting to watch the game because your back is always to it.

  4. I would say the commitment and dedication you have to put into for your team. I'm talking about 5 AM practices, staying at school until 10 PM and then having to go home to do your hw/study for test. Or maybe the frustration that comes with learning a new routine. Or maybe all the c**p we get for cheer not even being a sport and how we're a bunch of s***s.

  5. Actually knowing how to lead a crowd and get them fired up to inspire the players to win.  That's the part of cheering that seams to be forgotten and very few can actually doing.  it's not about the flips of the stunts it's about the leading that's the hardest.

  6. Definitely the mounts, as this takes an enormous amount of strength. Plus, make sure you stretch or your body will hurt. Stretch every day, whether you're at cheerleading or not. Also hard parts of cheerleading, learning cheers, dances and doing them correctly. This sport takes a lot of memorization and concentration. So be focused or you could get physically hurt.

  7. DISCIPLINE

  8. choreography and tumbling.

choreography takes a while to learn, and it is normally really difficult.

tumbling is painful when u mess up, and it takes a long time to learn something new.

  9. The hardest part is the stunts because:

    1. They are hard to learn how to do, and take a lot of hard work and practice to get them right.

    2. It takes a long time for the flyer to gain the trust of her other team members to catch her, and make sure she will have a safe landing.

  10. Everyone has their own idea of the hardest part.

Flyers who get thrown in the air might be afraid of being dropped.

Spotters/Bases could be afraid of dropping a girl, or getting kicked by a girl

Other people don't have an easy time learning different tumbling moves, like finally nailing a back tuck

I think the hardest thing is the pressure of possibly being the reason your team loses.
