What is the hardest part of your cardio workout?

When you are doing a hard cardio workout what do you think is the worst/ hardest part of it?

The first half when your not 'into' the workout yet and really don't want to be doing it

or

Then second half when you are starting to get tired and and are debating with your self wheter you should stop or push your self and keep going

  1. Hard cardio is not good cardio. High intensity cardio (despite popular belief) will burn more calories but it will also burn those hard earned muscles.

    Light cardio for 20 minutes a day is the best route to take. And if you do it right, none of it will be hard.


  2. The first like 10 minutes of my cardio workout, I just wanna quit! Sit on the couch and have a coke! LOL! Once I get through that first part of the workout, those endorphins kick in and I feel like superwoman! I love it!

  4. Usually the first 5 minutes, then I get into it.  

  5. For me its probably the first half, when my body is mad at me for working it so hard. But once I get about halfway through my goal for the day I feel strangely energized and want to push myself til the end.
