What is the health impact of taking single type of grains eg wheat or rice or bajra or corn.?

now a day it is advised to take multiple grain product to keep up th ehealth what will happen if we take only on type of grains

  1. Grains are basic source of carbohydrates (starch) and so it does not make any difference, as long they are whole grains,

    especially wheat and rice(brown)

    Whole grains provide fiber, which is good for digestion.

    Fiber can be received from fruits and vegetables, especially greens

    The diet should be varied in reference to diets regarding protein sources like pulses, lentils, in case of vegetarians


  2. Grains do not provide necessary vitamins and minerals, they r only source of carbohydratate, It does not affect your health

  3. Harder to ensure you have all the daily recommended intake of vitamins and minerals.

  4. if u take only one type of grain.you are risking your health.Its very unhealthy


  5. You can not have the same thing daily

    There must me a change,Eat  rice , wheat like that have a different meal
