  1. No cheese, no guac, no sour cream, chicken instead of beef- OR just black beans, salsa and lettuce.  In fact...it may be a good idea to get a "burrito bol" and skip the tortilla- because those are loaded with calories too.  I read that a burrito there with all the "fixins" is over 1200 calories!!!!  You may want to skip chipotle if you want healthy:(


  2. The veggie buritto with mild salsa, no cheese, sour cream and tortilla (aka burrito bowl)

  4. hmm. healthiest burrito would have to be on a wheat tortilla, they have those.. with just chicken for your protein and your veggies and just choose of one side beans or the rice.

    Healthiest will include lots of veggies and fiber:

    --wheat tortilla (or spinach if they have it)

    --grilled white meat chicken or no meat

    --black beans

    --pico de gallo

    --all the veggies you can get

    --guacamole (high in calories, but high in good fats and antioxidants)

    --salsa

    Lowest calories:

    --Veggies and salsa only

    Tasty lowest calories:

    --Grilled chicken

    --black beans

    --veggies

    --salsa
