What is the healthiest food to get at McDonalds?

Sometimes when i am on the go i need to grab something at McDonalds and i don't have time for salad. What is the healthiest food to get there besides a salad?

  6. hah. healthy? at mcdonalds. wow. not gonna happen. go to someplace like subway or even wendys has more healthy food than them.

  8. Just a plain hamburger (no cheese) is pretty healthy. Otherwise the next closest sandwich would be like the egg mcmuffin or some  type of grilled chicken sandwich, hold the mayo

  12. Any of the salads. Parfaits or grilled chicken. Almost everything else is deep fried except for the burgers and they are grilled but they lay in a pan of grease before they put them on your sandwiches. Really gross.

I checked the website and the healthiest food item is a hamburger as in a regular hamburger not a big mac.  A hamburger is 250 calories and then if you get small fries that would be 230 calories if you have ketchup with your fries that another 15 calories a packet, so 250 + 230=480 so if you ate a hamburger with small fries and no ketchup it's 480 calories. On the other hand you could get a snack wrap for only 10 calories more, if you don't want a hamburger or a snack wrap and don't feel too hungry you can get a 4 piece chicken McNugget and it will be 190 calories. The sauces with the chicken nuggets however range from 40 calories to 200 calories depending on which one you choose.  And just for your information salads aren't always health considering what McDonalds or any other fast food place puts on them they can even be more then a normal meal because of how many calories the add ons like chicken and bacon can be and salad dressings usually carry a lot of calories too.
