I'm going to dinner at Olive Garden tonight. What is the healthiest choice for dinner...and is still tasty? (I'm looking for low fat mainly) Thank You!

  2. Get the Mixed Grill with brocolli instead of potatoes and only eat half. Put the other half in a to go package.

  3. I've heard their Minestrone soup is really good, and it's not fattening either.

  4. Get the Venetian Apricot Chicken. It is absolutely fantastic and I beleive that it is low fat. (You could always ask the waiter/waitress.) It comes with two grilled chicken b*****s (medim size) covered in an apricot citrus sauce,and blanched/sauteed asparagus, brocolli, and diced tomatoes. I love it so much that I get it every time I go to the Olive Garden. You can read all of the ingredients on their website. They offer the recipe online for you to make at home.
