Small jacket potato with a couple of tablespoons of beans and little sprinkle of cheese

tomato soup with a slice of bread

  2. I would say the tomato soup. Just make sure it's not too high in sodium!

  3. If you don't worry about high bloood pressure, go with the tomato soup.  The soup is probably high in sodium, but it isn't particularly starchy or fatty.

    Or get what you think will taste better!
