  1. The steamed vegetables with chicken and a little brown rice.  Add the oolong tea.  The steamed salmon with ginger is delicious.


  2. Probably steamed vegetables, brown rice and herbal teas.

  3. Steamed chicken and vegetables with a little brown rice.

  4. Try to ask for anything steamed, and stay away from anything fried.  Don't bother asking them to remove the MSG.  They'll do it anyway.  If you're going to a Chinese RESTAURANT as opposed to a Chinese joint, then try to get a fish dish.

  5. Steamed chicken & brocolli with the sauce on the side (used for light dipping only) and brown rice. That is what I usually get :)

  6. The water. Hello? It's a Chinese Restaurant? Sodium Glutamate?

    Everything has salt in it,or sugar.
