What is the healthiest way to lose pregnancy weight?

its been 3 months since she's born and so far I lost 2/3 of the weight since I had alot of fluid and swelling to the ankles. but I wanted to know what is the fastest and the easiest way to tighten my stomach and the abs back to the old me. and to lose about 20 lbs.? I hope I can do this before Xmas comes!!!

  1. exercise and eat right. lots of fruits and veggies.


  2. Do a low-carb, high protein diet (Atkins) for a week or two. Every day go for at least one walk but two or three is better. Try to get in push ups, sit ups and all of that while the baby naps. And drink lots and lots of water! Good luck!

  3. Walking and pilates.  Pilates works fast....you will notice a difference in a few weeks, it makes everything tighter.  Walking is always great.

  4. Just eat right an exercise. Put your baby in a stroller or carrier and take a 30 min walk in the evenings.

    Cut out a lot of soda, junk food like chips and snack cakes.Also fried food

    Eat tons of good lean meats and veggies.

    If your just looking to lose 20lbs I think you will completely accomplish your goal by Christmas if you stick with it.

    If your used to eating sweets and snack type food and just give them up you will get tons of cravings. A little trick I do is every other week I allow myself to have 1 day off. On that day I still eat my normal healthy foods but I allow my to have a few treats too. My husband and I might go out to dinner and I will order that chocolate dessert or have some chips when I am home. It's like a little reward system. If I cheat while on  my diet I do not allow my off day. So far I haven't cheated! Good Luck !
