  1. There are a ton of BMI calculators on the web.  Your Body Mass Index uses height and age to give a range of healthy weights.

    Body Mass Index is a comparison of your height to your weight to arrive at a number.  The numbers are different at different ages and for different genders.

    Most of them ask for your weight.  If you search with BMI chart or BMI calculator as your key words, you can pick one that suits you.

    is from the Center for Disease Control, and allows you to put in your own date of birth, height and weight, and then gives you a calculated number.  The site provides explanation that a BMI of more than 24 is probably unhealthy, and one under 19 (I think) is too little to be healthy.  

    Added as an edit - anything under 130 for a young woman of 5'6" is going to be VERY thin.  140 to 145 is probablyhealthier, especially if she is very active.
