  1. 103 is below average weight for someone your height. 122-164 lbs. is considered normal weight range.

It seems unusual to me that you know your weight to a one-hundredth of a decimal point. I'm concerned that you may be obsessing too much over your weight if you think you are too heavy at 103 lbs. and 5'8". This may be a sign of an eating disorder or poor self-image. You may want to seek counseling.

  2. Your so thin a healthy weight is 140 lbs.

  3. 5' 8" = 126 - 154 lbs

So you are quite a bit under.

  4. a little heavy? you're kidding, right? thats extremely underweight. i know body frame has a lot to do with it, but thats very thin.
