hey iI'mhannah and i'm on a diet and i was wondering what the best drink to drink for breakfast was?

  1. If you like starbuck's...order the passion tea w/ watermelon syrup! it is good and has no calories!

    After that: V8 is good and very nutritious.

    Pomegranate Juice is excellent for Anti-oxidants and licopine.

    Green tea for anti-oxidants and caffeine

    Water, water water!

  3. Any fruit juice is healthy for you to have with breakfast. They all have different health benefits. If you don't like the most common juices such as Orange, Pineapple, Apple and Cranberry, then you could try smoothies as they contain lots of different fruits so you will be getting a good start in your 5aDay. Remember frutis contain natural sugars so don't stop eating and drinking fruit products because they seem to have high sugar count!

  6. it depends on what type of healthy, for like just overall taste with health, i would drink OJ, for veggatables V8, and for energy green tea.

  8. Apple Apricot Smoothie

    (This recipe yields 2 servings)  

    1 golden delicious apple

    1 cup apple juice

    4 apricots

    1 medium banana

    3/4 cup plain yogurt

    1 dozen icecubes

    1 Tablespoon honey

    Pit the apricot and peel if desired. Peel and core apple. Chop all fruit into 1/2-inch blender-friendly pieces.

    Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

    This recipe makes two large servings. A healthy way to start the day!

    Banana Split Breakfast Drink

    (This recipe yields 3 servings)    

    1 10 oz pkg of Mori-Nu Firm Tofu

    1/2 cup Hersheys Chocolate Syrup

    1 large (or 2 small) ripe bananas

    1/2 cup crushed pineapple (optional)

    Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth.

    When served very cold (not frozen) this reminds me of Dairy Queen's Banana Split Blizzard.

Water or green tea.   Just make sure that you're drinking it WITH breakfast and not FOR breakfast.   Have a bowl of high fiber cereal, or some whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter on it. Have an actual breakfast, or you will be hungrier all day,  and it will make you want to eat more throughout the day.
