What is the height from the track to the window sill of the Indian railway coach?

I want the height dimension from the top of the rail track to the the bottom of the window of the indian rail passenger coach.

Why do you plan on hanging on there? I've seen photos of the passengers on the Indian railway coaches in every possable spot riding on the car not in them. The inside is used for baggage, chickens, and anything else thay can pack in there.  Freaky!!
