I want to say it's like cilantro, maybe? Does anyone know?

And also, sometimes they mash up yellowtail and add something spicy in it, anyone know what they mix it with?

Usually for Yellowtail

Baja Roll: oil, grilled yellowtail, peppers, jalapeno mustard - seed outside

Yellowtail Roll: sm, yellowtail, wasabi

Yellowtail Roll Special: oil, hamachi, avocado, tobikko - seed outside

Spicy Yellowtail Roll:  oil, yellowtail, avocado, cuc, spicy - cap/seed outside
