  1. Not sure if you're looking for a legal answer or not...

But biologically, there is actually a clear definition for midget or not. Either someone is a midget according to their DNA (ie. they express the "midget genes") or they are not (ie. they don't express these genes). Midgets in the normal sense are not just short people - they look a little different from short people because their other body parts have a slightly different proportion from short non-midgets. This is why when you look at a midget you know they are in fact a midget, and not just a short non-midget. I mean no disrespect in anything I said... I'm just stating it as it is, biologically.

  2. Anyone below 5 ft at adult height is considered a midget (at least in Mass.)

  3. 4'10" and shorter is considered a midget.  sorry.  you're a midget.

  4. no. that's not how it works. If you have the genetic condition acondroplasia you are considered a dwarf.

  5. You may be a midget if ... you are under 5ft.

  6. no you are not. midgets can stand out from te crowd not just because of their height but also because of their unusual proportions in the size of some parts of their bosy. usually midgets have a larger head than a normal human according to their proportions . you are just a small person thats all. short n cute :D
