Ok Hadji, depends where you at.  Fiber Optic or Copper Wires.  Also depends of bandwidth according to your area.  Regular Cat 5 on a internal network is 100 Mbps so in the Internet is way lower than that.  As best home high speed is about 1.5 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download .
