- There's no limit, but the highest measured by a standardized test is of Kim Ung-yong - with an IQ of 210.

- The legitimate tests (think Mensa, Stanford-Binet) tell your IQ pretty well, that's what they are designed for. However there is no serious research to confirm that your IQ is connected to your actual intelligence.

the avg. IQ is about 100.Anything higher is a genius,anything lower is,you know.And test help you but they dont tell you your exact IQ.
