Such a light airplane should only be flown that high (13,000) with great care. If the terrain is that high, you probably shouldn't be there in the first place. Unless you are dropping a skydiver (a small skydiver).

On a summer day don't expect to be able to climb much above 8,000'

Service ceiling is 13000+, according to the manufacturer's website. However, I would not fly it that high on a routine basis.
