  1. Rob Andrew kicked 341 meters.

  2. robbie deans use to kick for canterbury a few moons ago ,, he could kick the ball 60m plus straight up in the air ,,

he had 1 very strong kicking game ,,

  3. Brett finch can kick it 470 m in the hair

  4. I agree with Tony F, the highest a ball would probably go is about 50-70 metres in the air as gravity would eventually take over. As far as distance would go, I have seen another player in our club kick a ball from dead ball line to dead ball line (about 120m with several bounces in between, not on the full) but I am sure there are many international players who could do this distance and further consistently.

  5. 340m, by me personally

  6. Haha, 300metres+ Don't talk daft that is complete and utter rubbish.

You are referring to a ball in hand kick into the air known as an up and under in rugby league or garry owen in union terminology.

In match play a direct up & down kick would be useless so the highest one could kick the ball would not happen in such circumstances. However a powerful kicker could maybe kick the ball 50 metres into the air in perfect conditions.

Don't think there are any records for height but I have seen very very long kicks almost 95 metres including bounce (on a very muddy pitch)
