What is the highest legal proof alcohol in New York?

I'm looking to get drunk off of something with a really high proof. If anyone knows something like this that is relativaly cheap ($20 a litter is fine) can you give me the name?

I think it's too late now. :) btw you don't need the high proof. 4 example beer is awesome for this purpose.
