Highest paying?  Without a doubt:

1. Prostitution

2. Webcam stripping / Amateur p**n website

3. Modelling, if you have the right body

But seriously, since I don't think you're into the above, you can look into web design.  It's fairly easy and quick to learn, and people make a lot of money doing it.  It also has the advantage that you can progress to web programming any time you like.

Another similar avenue is graphics design or computer graphics and animation.  A bit harder to learn, but you can earn a lot doing it.

Those are the things that pay well, as far as I can think of right now.  I guess it also depends on what you're studying; a lot of places are willing to hire college students part time if they've already learned enough.  I held a few computer programming jobs myself when I was studying computer science.

Tutors usually make pretty good money on a college campus.  You can either work for that particular department... or put flyer's up and go free lance.
