What is the highest point humidity can reach, and what would happen if it reached that point?

It's 90 degrees, and 90% humidity here.. and we're DYING!

I've seen it above 100% before, and that's pure torture. What's the highest it can reach?

  1. Humidity rarely exceeds 100% but it can happen if there is a strong moisture input. Since humidity is not calculated for over 100% values, the humidity is likely to be no higher than 110%...
