On my 2000 ZX600E I was able to reach 196kmph on the back open roads on RT33,SC which hydroplane the rear tire I backed off the gas because I was in shorts. I also think the rear sprocket is modified to pull wheelies might have faster on 89pump not bad for an old boy.
