Is there a hipster area of Cleveland- you know, tight jeans, indie rock, vintage bicycles, dive bars, etc.?

  1. First of all, the other people who responded are jack@sses...

The Flats are DEAD.. there is nothing there!  Everything is being torn down... That person is obviously not from here... And Kent is out in the Boonies... no where near Cleveland... IDIOTS!!!!!!!

Any who... East side, go to University Hts... lots to do, very nice area...

West Side is where it is at... Lakewood.. Tons of Rockers, tons of dive bars, and we love to party!  (thats where I live)

Specifically in lakewood, you want to check out the Spitfire on the corner of W117th and Franklin... Awesome place!  They have a mini half pipe in the bar!  Nothing better than watching drunk people kill themselves on the half pipe... Total Rocker Bar....

From there, there is a ton of bars on Detroit... the High Fi and the       5 O'clock are 2 other great bars in Lakewood.....

    Hope this helps!

Come Rock out in Lakewood, we would love to have ya!  lol

    DK

  2. The Flats area in downtown Cleveland, or Coventry near Shaker Heights/University Heights.

  3. Try Kent, near the university.  They have a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shops that are focused on the 20 something crowd that attends there.  The school is also known for it's fashion program and other liberal arts, so it may be just what you are looking for.
