What is the history of Arsenal Ladies Acedamy?

I need information on history of Arsenal Ladies academy please mention the theoretical aspect of the Academy.

 The Theoretical aspect of the Academy will be based at OAKLANDS COLLEGE, in the picturesque city of St. Albans, Hertfordshire and various aspects of the Practical Component will be based at the prestigious Arsenal Men's Training Ground, London Colney & Hertfordshire University. The formation of a new relationship with Herts University, has enabled us to build a pathway for our Academy players to go on and study higher level education. Herts University are reknowned for their professional sports facilities at their de Havilland Sports Campus, which we use on a weekly basis. The Academy is sponsored by NIKE as is Arsenal Ladies FC.
