  1. I am taking nutrition class and teacher told us the pasta was born in China and it passes to Europe and some asian countries.  

    Ramen noodle was born in China and come to Japan and it was born as Udon.

    or are you refering to Asian noodle such as those ramen, mein, soba, rice noodle, egg noodle, those types originated in China & spread down to other Asian countries in their own version of types.

  4. It's true, Asians invented pasta first. Asians not only make pasta from wheat and rice flour. They also make pasta from beans too!

    It was introduced to Europe by Marco Polo.
