Most visitors stay in or near the Ramblas (hotels) or in the Gothic Quarter just to the east. This is a good base from where you can explore the city's sights by day including Gaudi's masterpiece, the unfinished Sagrada Família Cathedral, and Parc Güell in the north.

ive been there, it a great plece! if you mean you want places to see then definately go to see the cathedral, la sagrada familia, it a gorgeous cathedral that has been in constuction for a while and wont be finished til 2020. you should also go to las ramblas, there too is ownderful. if you want you can also take a ferry across the mediterranean to go to morroco, Africa its only 1hours ride. hope i helped!

Well all the bars are great they really try to get people in there, and you should also try the dance clubs!!
