  1. Well, Indian food would have to be.

    They have the World's Hottest Pepper,  the Bhut Jolokia chili.

    (Although I don't know if they use it in food.  It is more than 10x hotter than a Hobenero and more than 100x hotter than the hottest Jalapeno!)
