  1. between 8-9 pounds per hour near Pompey!!!!

  2. £9.30 in Ayrshire

Some Glasgow drivers get in excess of £11 per hour.

  3. £9.25 an hour in Brighton.

  4. £9 for an experienced driver in southampton, £9 an hour doesnt seem bad pay to me for someone who only needs to be able to drive a vehicle

  5. Pay is always down to how easily you can be replaced. The higher skilled you are the less people in the  market place can replace you, therefore you get paid more. London bus drivers would get paid more because the cost of living in London is higher.

  6. They get about 6 or 7 pound an hour.

  7. £7+ aberdeen

  8. Here in Bristol they are constantly advertising for bus drivers. I think the average pay is £365 a week including overtime and anti-social hours.

  9. On Teesside, Arriva pay £8 per hour (less on minibuses). I have a friend who works for Lothian Buses in Edinburgh who gets £10.50 per hour.
