What is the hourly wage for Cheesecake Factory waitresses in Southern CA?

also do they hire somebody for waitress with no experience or will I have to start by being a hostess first? and How much do you make in tips daily (in average)?

$4 plus tips.

Just worked there:) You make 8.00 plus tips. Some restaurants like people w/ no experience. Then they can shape the person they want. However they may want you to start at the frount. The training is quit extensive and you are asked to take tests about the whole menu. Everything including sauces all of it. You make about 350-400 a week. But they make you tip out ALOT of money:(
