  1. Depends what kind of disorder. Try eating lots of small meals, watery foods like watermelon and soft things.


  2. This is the diet plan that my counsellor has given me, and i am in recovery for bulimia:

    breakfast (8am)- special k with semi skimmed milk

    Snack(11am)- piece of fruit, OR some nuts

    Lunch(1pm) -sandwich/jacket potato, with chicken etc

    snack(3pm)-fruit, or a cereal bar

    dinner(5pm)chicken/fish (any type of meat or fish really), veg and pasta/rice.
