I'm a 16 year-old high school sophomore, looking to go into javelin. The event isn't offered at my high school, but there is a private club near my suburb where I would learn/train. I plan to start training next summer. My current weight is around 150. I'm more broad, but I don't have a lot of fat (if at all). What is an ideal muscle weight to get to before I start to train?
