Its not just the last friday..its all ten last days that have alot of importance....of course whole month has alot importance but the last ten days are more!

and these are some that I read in the Mufateh-ul-Jinan about Jumat-ul-wida!

Sayyad and Shaikh Saddoq has repted from Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari that when he went to Rasool Allah(sawaw), the prophet(S) said that this friday is last friday of Ramadan, so read this Dua

Alllahumma La Tajal ho Akher al 3hde min sia mena iyyaho fainna ja al taho faj al ni marhooman wala tajalni marhooman.

If you read this Dua, you'll get countable blessings of Allah and Maghfirat also with the blessingful next yers' Ramadans.

Its Al quds Day

As imam Khomaine said

"I invite Muslims all over the globe to consecrate the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as 'Quds Day' and to proclaim the international solidarity of Muslims in support of the legitimate rights of the Muslim people of Palestine." - Imam Khomeini :Ramadan 1399AH ( August 1979)

there is no hadith which shows the imp of last friday.
