  1. It is called a seismograph and it measures earth tremors and slight movements as well as full fledged earthquakes.


  2. Seismograph. There are several improvement we made on this instrument. This will record the arrival time of different earthquake waves and the amplitude of the wave. The arrival time help us to decide the distance. The distance and maximum amplitude recorded helps to calculate the magnitude of earthquake in Richter scale. It is having minimum three sensors.One for recording the shaking comes from east,west second one to record North,south,third one to record up and down motion. I have designed all the three function in one sensor that can be used to alert the people who are going to be affected by earthquakes. But the world will take few more years to accept the concept to save the people as the present condition of more threatening earthquakes.
