What is the insurance company MMA like to deal with?

I am seaking new household insurance and MMA have come up the cheapest. Has anyone any knowledge of them , (good or bad)

We are brokers and use MMA as one of our insurers.

The policy has one or two quirks which means it is not the best in the market - but certainly not the worst - and they do pay their claims and have a 24-hour claim contact number.

A special feature is their 'bonus' and 'extra' feature which means that for many large claims they will send you £1,000 virtually immediately while the claim is sorted and if the claim exceeds £10,000 you keep the £1,000 as well as the claim settelement.

Please make sure that you meet their quotation requirements - MMA have a reputation in the broker market for aiming at the 'better' risk.
