  1. I believe your question is what effect does a solar eclipse have on living organisms. Besides eliciting wonder in humans at something strange, I would say there is no effect at all.  The suns rays are blocked partially, making the daytime darker temporarily.  But this happens every night, for a much longer time!  Unless you are looking for something subtle, such as a measurable disruption of circadian rythm, I would say there is no result whatsoever.
