It sounds kind of awkward though, so you can opt to use the English-borrowed version of the word "hug".

ハグが大好き！

hagu ga daisuki!

Sounds better that way.

I think a more accurate thing to say would be  Daisuki Dakishimeru. "Ai suru dakishimeru" would be incorrect because Ai suru is "To love", but the romantic way, not the way where you simply really like something. I'm not saying I'm right either though, I just think that you shouldn't use "Ai suru"
