What is the job title of someone who works with electrical circutry and builds electronics?

Is it electircal engineer? I searched for the job title "electronic" engineer but no reasults came up on any career site where as "electrical" engineer had hundreds. What is the job title?

Engineers generally dont do hands on work at least where I have worked.The title your looking for is Technician either electric, electronic and also communiccation or telecom

Yes, it should be Electronic engineer, but the term is not used.

Electrical or electronic technician is one who builds circuits.
