just take out some time for u on some day sit cool and calm closing ur eyes and try to concentrate think nothing for next 5 min.

Now whatever comes in ur thought is a real joy of life

Try this and then tell me I'm sure it'll definitely work. I do the same when i get frustrated and couldn't find a way.

Joy of life is different from person to person and time to time. With changing situations in life, even the same person finds joy in different things and situations.
