What is the kind of yo yo that keeps spinning after you drop it to the ground?

Ya the title explains it. Like normal yo yo's that automatically return, i need to know the name of the ones that dont come back and keep spinning until you flick back. Thanks!

I beleive they are called sleeker yoyos. Duncan sells them.

They are basically just a yoyo but the string is lose at the base allowing cool tricks.
